Information Collection and Use
CFA Sports Inc. (CFA) is the sole owner of the information collected on the www.ClubFatAss.com website (Website). We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy.
CFA collects such information as your name, address, age and e-mail address. We use this information to learn the number of visitors to the Website, the Website's popularity and the pages visited most often for marketing and merchandising purposes. We also use such personal information to improve the contents of the Website and to assist in selecting and offering products and services to CFA members which best suit their needs.
CFA does not currently sell or rent information collected from the Website which personally identifies individuals. We may share aggregated demographic information with our business partners, advertisers and others. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
CFA may use e-mail addresses of visitors to the Website to solicit their feedback on the quality of the services and merchandise offered at CFA and to send them information regarding products and services offered by CFA and upcoming CFA events, at CFA discretion. Surveys and Contests
From time to time we may request information from members and other user of the Website via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip or postal code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site, a particular event or membership in Club Fat Ass.
From time to time CFA may disclose certain information collected on the Website to fulfillment houses and technical consultants with whom CFA has subcontracted for maintenance of the Website. Such subcontractors are required to keep this information confidential and only use the information in providing fulfillment or maintenance services to CFA.
Log Files
We use IP (internet protocol) addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses collected on the Website are not linked to personally identifiable information.
