KEEPING TRACK

What kind of training log do you keep?

I log every mile by GPS and map my runs online.
I estimate mileage based on time and list the numbers in a notebook.
I don't keep a training log.
I use a training computer to monitor heart rate, distance, elevation gained/lost and exertion level, then download all the data to my computer.
