Squamish Crawler: A short recap and some pictures

Lovely evening for a night run! Been having some ITB issues since May after trying new trail shoes, but it's been resolving ever since I made the switch back to road runners during the Van 100. Does anyone need a size 9 Brooks Cascadia? Can't use them anymore, and they're still in great shape!! (I'm serious)

Phyton Man - or Duathlon Fat Ass style in Germany

Because of a sudden and persistent Achilles Tendon injury I have not been able to run for the last 2 month.  Have gingerly tested the waters a few times, but since I did not want to make this another chronic injury, I did not push very hard (not difficult to do as it feels like the tendon is going to tear when I am running more than 10m).

Good luck to all the CFA'ers at Tahoe Rim!
