Where: Meet at the Burnaby Lake Club House. To get there take eastbound Highway 1 Exit 32 - Sprott Rd. Go left onto Sprott Road and over the freeway . Follow Sprott staight to its end past Kensington Avenue and park in the lot to the left of the Burnaby Lake Club House.

Route: From the Club House follow the Burnaby Lake Loop counter clockwise. Cross the Cariboo Dam at the east end of the lake and return on the north side. Now you can continue with the counter clockwise loop or go clockwise for a change of scenery. Park maps will be handed out at the start.
Aid: Be prepared to be self-sufficient. There is water at the Club House and at the Piper Avenue washrooms. We will also have access to our vehicles the end of each loop.
