 <p>We will meet at Lightning Lake parking lot in Manning Park&nbsp\;on Saturday September 4th at 10\:00AM to run the&nbsp\;first loop of Frosty Mountain Trail Race. The distance is 27 km\, time anywhere from 3- 4.5 hrs.</p></div>

 <p>Taking Old Buck to the Power Line ross the Road turn left on the first trail you see (can't remember it's name)turn into Mushroom parking lot cross the road again to Neds\, down Neds turn left to Bridal Path\, back to Old Buck and finish off at the parking lot.Approximately 12 km</p>
 <p>Confused\, don't worry the course will be marked.</p>
 <p>See you Saturday September 11th at 9\:00 AM at the parkgate shopping Center.</p>
