Prerunning the Sunshine in September course (yet again!) to make sure directions are correct and that I can manage the entire distance. Anyone want to join us?

If you've been watching the event calendar\, you likely know that the Sunshine In September event is scheduled for the first weekend in September. You may have also noticed that we held a Flash recon run of the course to fine-tune directions back in June. But\, since I have yet to stay on course or finish the entire distance\, I feel the need to try this one more time before the official event.

We will meet at Lightning Lake parking lot in Manning Park \;on Saturday August 28th at 10\:00AM to run the second loop of Frosty Mountain Trail Race. The distance is 23 km\, time anywhere from 2.5- 4hrs. Pay parking in effect \,cash only.

It is always difficult to arrange carpooling!
