I will be running with my friend Krys from Deep Cove to probably Lynn Canyon return on Sunday June 11th at 0700. Feel free to join us! Flash - 5Peaks Mount Seymour Warm Up Start: Location: North Vancouver, BC Canada STORMY - Course Marking & Training Run (bagger peaks not included) Start: Location: Brennan Park, Squamish, BC An easy training run with a bit of trail marking on the first half of the STORMY course. The run will include the University loop. Meet at Brennan Park at 9am.
