Heading down to Plain, Washington this weekend to familiarise myself with the course for the Plain 100. 

Any company would be more than welcome.  I'll be heading off early Friday evening, and probably camping Friday night.

Saturday I'll be running the 55 mile first loop and Sunday the 45 mile second loop.

I'll be coming back immediately after finishing running on Sunday.

Anyone interested in doing the race or just checking out some new trails can either catch a ride down with me or meet me there for one/both days.

What:

• A fun and free group run with some old friends and maybe some new ones
• 11K and 15K distances on some great trails not far from downtown Vancouver
• low-key familiarization run on the Enduro (11K) and Sport (15K) courses of the 5Peaks season finale race at Buntzen Lake
• faster and slower pace groups on each course, so there's something for everyone
