Bagger Challenge 2009 Start: Location: North Shore Mountains Double dip 50/50 Start: Location: Cosens Bay Kal Park Vernon BC The smoke has cleared so it's a go. double 50 milers or choose you distance 17k loops from the parking lot of Cosen Bay. Race will start Friday night to beat the heat! Meet at my place and car pool to race start. Car will be aid stations. Bring what you need for you distance. Don't forget a towel for the swim. It's the lake of many colors. Please contact me directly. cabc_chick@hotmail.com Flash - E Momona 'Okole e holo ia ka hale 'u'uku o Pu'u 'Ula'ula (Fat Ass Run to the Red Hill Cabin) Start: Location: Big Island (Hawaii), Volcanoes National Park, Mauna Loa Volcano, Parking lot and the end of Mauna Loa Road (Off Hwy 11) Distance: 2, 5.4, 10.4, and 15 miles Format: Trail run on the Pu'u lava fields of Mauna Loa. Trail is marked by ahu (rock piles). Turn around points marked by 7000, 8000, and 10000 foot elevation level markers respectively. How to get there: Fly to the Big Island (Hawaii). Drive to the Volcanoes National Park, Mauna Loa Volcano. We'll meet at the parking lot and the end of Mauna Loa Road (Off Hwy 11)
