Getting to the showers
After the run you can take a shower at the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center at 1114 Potter Street (map). you pass them getting to the start. Showers are $1.50 US
What to bring
$ for showers and a change of clothes
Appropriate clothing for weather conditions
Water for your run and snacks for the trail
if coming from Canada, make sure to bring your travel documents and travel insurance
