  • 2hour downhill skiing at night

  • 20 min free weights at home

  • 40min trail run

Friday 10 February
  • 20min free weights
Saturday 11 February
  • 3:00 trail run on BP with Michelle. Slow pace, but good recovery with afternoon spent gardening in the glorious sunshine!
